SERVICES PROVIDED

AFFF is a long-term survivor program established to provide support to family members of deceased RegAF, USSF, and Reserve Component Airmen who died in an active-duty or inactive duty for training.

The M&FRC assists members who are enrolled in the AFW2 program to successfully transition out of the military through education, information and referral.

Provides services, support and information for surviving next-of-kin and beneficiaries in the event of a death or serious injury of an active-duty Air Force or Space Force service member or AF/SF retiree.

Promotes a smoother transition in the local community. Various programs that are offered are Korean Language Classes such as first steps to Hangul, Lets Talk to Korean. Cultural Awareness also provides information on how to navigate local transportation, cultural etiquette and history.

The EFAC is the focal point for families during a local disaster. It assists with information dissemination and connecting families with resources.

EFMP-FS coordinators serve as the focal point for EFMP on the installation and assist families and leadership in managing the competing demands of the military mission. Coordinators provide non-medical case management, assess family needs, provide information and resources, partner with providers and organizations, and advocate for improved services on the installation.

Educating the community on how Osan will evacuate noncombatants from danger. Some reasons an evacuation may occur are natural disasters, pandemics, political or civil instability or war.

PFR offers information, education and personal financial counseling to help military members and their families maintain financial stability and reach their financial goals. They assist with:

Provides information, education and some counseling to help single and married military members and their family members adapt to current and future changes in their lives.

Assist military members and their families with their transition into their new environment to include local and cultural transitions. Workshops include: Pre-Arrival Brief, Sponsorship training, Newcomers Orientation and Information Fair, and other Self-Help Resources.

Counselor informs each retiring member and spouses, if applicable, of the options and effects of the SBP as it applies to each person's circumstances upon retirement.

TAP is designed to equip separating and retiring civilian and military personnel and their eligible family members with skills and knowledge for re-entry into the private sector.
