Chief Master Sergeants and attendees from Team Osan came together to congratulate and recognize Osan's newest Chiefs. The candles at the foot of the stage represent each stripe of the rank insignia that a chief has earned up to being selected as to pin on chief as well as the added responsibilities that each rank requires.
