51st Medical Group Space Available Policy Change Published March 24, 2014 51st Fighter Wing Public Affairs OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- To balance the mission and health of the community, the 51st Medical Group will begin providing Space Available service via the TRICARE Plus program based on open enrollment capacity. Space Available will no longer be provided by open appointments to first-come, first-serve non-enrollees. This policy will be effective May 1. In order to fill enrollment capacity, the 51 MDG will hold an open enrollment for TRICARE Plus April 14 - 30. Interested beneficiaries can sign up at the TRICARE Service Desk in the front lobby of the hospital or download a copy and turn it in at the same location. Click the link below to access the electronic form. TRICARE Plus Enrollment Application This policy will affect all individuals not enrolled to a Primary Care Manager at the 51 MDG. Only Active Duty and Command-Sponsored Dependents are currently enrolled. All beneficiaries eligible for care in MTFs (except those enrolled in TRICARE Prime, a civilian HMO, or Medicare HMO) can seek enrollment for primary care at MTFs where enrollment capacity exists. More information regarding the benefits and limitations of TRICARE Plus can be found at Military.com. For more information contact 1st Lt. Donald Davison at donald.davison@us.af.mil.
